Strawberry Milkshake. What better way to cool down with a great milkshake? Just cut a couple of strawberries into small pieces, mix them in a tall cup, add cold milk and you’re set.

Green Mix. Need something really cool? Apple and kiwi make a great mix for a very refreshing drink. Cut a green apple and a kiwi into small pieces, mix the two fruits together in a tall cup, add some ice, along with a bit of fresh water or shaved ice and mix it.

Fruit Salad Blend. Want a nutritious, energy drink? Just cut an orange, a banana, and an apple into small pieces and mix them in a tall cup along with natural orange juice. Leave it in the fridge for 30 minutes and it’s done.
