GourmandiZ is exploring many Italian desserts, and Tiramisu is one of them. Extracted from the traditional recipe, but revisited to create a personal taste, this Tiramisu is worth making in your kitchen!

 

WHAT TO HAVE?

A packet of honey speculoos
Honey
100 ml milk
50 g sugar
1 egg + 1 egg yolk
15 g of cornflour
25 g butter
1 pressed lemon + zest
100 ml liquid cream

 

HOW TO MAKE?

For the base: mix the honey speculoos with honey

For the lemon cream: 

In a saucepan: mix 50 g sugar, zest of a lemon, 100 ml milk, juice of one lemon.

Whisk regularly then redhead 15 g of cornflour and put on low heat.

Put the mixture in a bowl and then place it in the fridge for a few minutes.

Meanwhile, beat 100 ml of liquid cream.

Stir in both mixtures until smooth.

And put in glasses or else, you are free to choose.
