What to do?
Start by well washing the chicken before draining it. The offal of the chicken to cook in boiling water with a few bay leaves and a pinch of salt.
To marinate the chicken:
1 tsp salt / 1 tsp sweet pepper / ½ tsp pepper / 1 tsp ginger / 1 tsp mustard and 1 tsp thyme.

Fill in the chicken with the preparation, and try to close it using small chopsticks.
In a pot:
Put the onion, thyme, bay leaves and a good amount of water after placing the chicken overcoat and cover in a bowl, mix 1 tbsp mustard, ½ tsp sweet pepper and a piece of butter until you get an ointment after steaming, you wrap the chicken with the ointment mixture and put in the oven and let it cook for a golden color for this dish, you have the free choice for the accompaniment, I opted for sauteed vegetables.
