GourmandiZ presents Chicken stuffed with Chinese vermicelli and mushrooms recipe, a hearty meal to enjoy with the family. 

What to have?

The main ingredients are:

A chicken and its offal.

Chinese vermicelli « 2 small packets ».

A pot of mushrooms.

Pitted green olives.

Lemon confit cut into small pieces.

Salt.

Ginger.

Pepper.

Sweet pepper. 

Harissa.

Coriander and chopped parsley.

Mustard.

Olive oil.

Soy sauce.

Thyme.

Garlic.

Onion.

Butter.

What to do?

Start by well washing the chicken before draining it. The offal of the chicken to cook in boiling water with a few bay leaves and a pinch of salt.

To marinate the chicken: 

1 tsp salt / 1 tsp sweet pepper / ½ tsp pepper / 1 tsp ginger / 1 tsp mustard and 1 tsp thyme.

Mix everything with a few drops of water and rub all the chicken with this mixture by massaging all the parts.

To stuff the chicken:

Put the Chinese vermicelli in a container of boiling water, after a few minutes, drain and then cut into small pieces.

Add the offal, mushrooms well-cut, green olives, lemon confit, 1 tsp salt / 1 tsp pepper / 1 tsp ginger / 1 tsp sweet pepper / 1 tbsp soya / 2 tbsp olive oil / 2 cloves of garlic well crushed / a good amount of coriander and parsley chiseled / a pinch of harissa and stir all.

Fill in the chicken with the preparation, and try to close it using small chopsticks.

In a pot:

Put the onion, thyme, bay leaves and a good amount of water after placing the chicken overcoat and cover in a bowl, mix 1 tbsp mustard, ½ tsp sweet pepper and a piece of butter until you get an ointment after steaming, you wrap the chicken with the ointment mixture and put in the oven and let it cook for a golden color for this dish, you have the free choice for the accompaniment, I opted for sauteed vegetables.
